Blue Leaf Projects Ltd was created by Edward Bizzey, who has over 25 years’ experience in the Property Development and Planning Industry. Our core business is the purchasing of sites from single to multiple unit plots in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Surrey. Our portfolio of Strategic Sites is now growing significantly and we are keen to add more in the coming months.
