After a positive pre-application consultation we are taking this scheme to public exhibition on the 30th January 2019 in Amesbury where we will be engaging with the general public and local councillors. 

We expect a full application to be submitted in March 2019 and hope to be on site building in the latter part of the year. A great scheme for 21 units 100% Affordable Rent to include 2 and 3 bedroomed houses and Disabled single storey bungalows.

After Wiltshire Refusal of the application contrary to officer recommendation our appeal has been submitted. More to follow in the first quarter of 2020. Our partnership with Sovereign Housing Association will continue and we hope to deliver these 19 affordable units in 2020.
