In 2005 he was head hunted and started his own business based in Romsey. This gave him the opportunity to be involved in a more hands on approach. Buying sites, gaining planning and building out to a finish. This enabled him to utilise a completely new set of skills.

In 2016 he left to set up Blue Leaf Projects Ltd on his own. The business has grown organically in 6 years and we now act for a diverse set of businesses, helping them extract better value and deliver private and affordable housing schemes. We are pleased to have partnered with leading companies in both the Affordable Housing and Private Housing Sectors. In addition the last 2 years has provided an opportunity to purchase larger sites for some retained and market leading PLC's.

Edward started his journey in Agency in early 1990's. Working across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire it enabled him to understand the differing markets. In 1997 he moved into development with a Bournemouth based Property Development company based in the satellite Southampton Office. He remained in post for nearly 10 years learning all the complexities around how to make Planning Deals work.
