The following design principles were integrated onto the site based on the opportunities and constraints as previously mentioned.

  1. Integrating movement from potential site access point via a main road with several subsidiary roads to provide access to units and parking. The following design principles were integrated onto the site based on the opportunities and constraints as previously mentioned.
  2. Introducing green verges to increase separation distance between roads and houses.
  3. Eastern housing positioned to front onto the retained rural land to the east of the site. This provides a more positive finish for views to and from the site.
